1 Scope

This specification of the 4 core 35mm armoured cable price describes the black cross linkable polyethylene insulating material technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of 10kV and below the overhead insulated cable. Suitable for low density polyethylene as base material or mixed with polyethylene copolymer of peroxide crosslinked polyethylene, silane crosslinked PE and XLPE insulation material.

4 technical requirements

4.1 the appearance

Insulation material should be the size and uniform color, size of about 4mm in diameter, high 3mm particles. The insulating material is composed of a single particle should be black. Insulation material is composed of a variety of particle, its base material can be black or white, other material color not specified. All bags of granular material should not be within the powder material.

4.2 mechanical properties and electrical properties

Insulating material for electrical and mechanical, physical performance shall be in accordance with the provisions of table 1.

5 test methods

5.1 visual inspection

If the user requirements, the factory should provide the insulation extrusion temperature range, rheological properties and crosslinking process parameters and other data. For peroxide crosslinked polyethylene insulation material, shall also provide the melt flow rate of the base material. Peroxide crosslinked polyethylene insulation and melt flow rate of material base material shall be (2 ± 10.2) g/l0min.

5.2 specimen preparation

A) peroxide crosslinked polyethylene insulation material specimens were prepared by compression molding. The insulating material particles in (115 ± 2) ℃ plasticator on plasticizing, a film, and then in the (115-120) hydraulic machine C not pressurized cross-linking conditions in preheated l0min. specimen for (180 ± 2) × 15min, hydraulic machine pressure should be greater than 15MPa, pressure cooling to room temperature. The specimen with smooth, uniform thickness, no bubble.

B) irradiation cross-linked polyethylene insulation material specimens were prepared by compression molding. The insulating material particles in the (150-155) ℃ plasticator on plasticizing, films, and in (180 ± 2) 6min without preheating pressurized hydraulic machine ℃, pressurized heating forming 4min, hydraulic pressure should be greater than 15MPa, plus pressure cooling to room temperature. The test piece shall be smooth, uniform thickness, no bubble. Then the irradiation crosslinking treatment (irradiation dose should be recommended by the manufacturer). Irradiation crosslinking specimens should remain flat.

C) silane crosslinked polyethylene insulation material test piece shall be prepared by extrusion, the extrusion die allowed by pressure roller calender specimen. The test piece shall be flat and smooth, uniform thickness. Then the immersion temperature (90-95) ℃ water bath ((6-8) H. Warm water crosslinking specimens should remain flat.

Silane crosslinked polyethylene insulation material specimens can be prepared by compression molding. The preparation of the insulating material particles in the (150-155) ℃ plasticator on plasticizing, films, and in (180 ± 2) 6min without preheating pressurized hydraulic machine ℃, pressurized heating forming 4min, hydraulic pressure should be greater than 15MPa, pressure cooling to room temperature. The test piece shall be smooth, uniform thickness, no bubble. Then the immersion temperature (90-95) ℃ water bath ((6-8) H. Warm water crosslinking specimens should remain flat.

Extrusion method should be used as the preparation of black silane crosslinked polyethylene arbitration method test piece of insulating material.

The specimen thickness should be consistent with the provisions of the pilot project.

5.3 of the tensile strength and elongation at break test

The tensile strength and elongation at break shall be tested according to GB/T 1040. Sample for N type dumbbell sheet, thickness was (1 ± 0.1) mm, (250 ± 50 tensile speed) mm/min.

5.4 brittle temperature test

Brittle temperature shall be tested according to GB/T 5470. The specimen thickness was (1.6 ± 0.1) mm, each group were not notched specimen 30, fracture number should be no more than 15.

5.5 The air thermal aging test

Shall be tested according to GB/T 2951.2-1997 8.1 provides air heat ageing. The specimen and tensile speed with the same 6.3 regulations, effective test piece shall be not less than 5, the test results for all test pieces of the arithmetic mean value.

5.6 thermal elongation test

Heat extension shall be tested according to GB/T 2951.5 - 1997 in the ninth chapter. Sample II dumbbell sheet, thickness was (1 ± 0.1) mm

5.7 The volume resistivity test

The volume resistivity testing shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 1410. The specimen thickness was (1 ± 0.1) mm. The test voltage is 1kV.

5.8 The dielectric strength test

The dielectric strength test shall be made according to the provisions of GB/T 1408.1. Should use the symmetric electrode, electrode diameter is 25mm, the radius of the arc electrode edge is 2 5mm. The specimen thickness was (1 ± 0.1) mm, dielectric constant insulating oil test should be close to 2.3, and the dielectric strength enough. Start the test voltage is zero, from 0 to 6kV can be used to quickly boost, from 6kV until breakdown, pressurization rate should be no more than 3kV/s.

5.9 The dielectric loss factor testing

Dielectric loss factor testing shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 1409.

5.10 environmental stress cracking resistance test

Environmental stress cracking resistance should be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2951.8-1997 in the eighth chapter.

5.11 corrosion performance test

Corrosion performance testing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of appendix A of GB 14049-1993. The specimen size and tensile speed should be identical with the 6.3 provisions.

6 inspection rules

6.1 each production batch as a test unit, each production batch is 20t, 20t is still used as a batch.

6.2 Each of the batch of products should be factory inspection department inspection certificate.

6.3 in Table 1, first, 2, 4, 5, 6 test as a routine test. In Table 1, third, 7 trials for type test and sample test project. In Table 1, eighth, 9, 10 trials for type test.

6.4 each batch of products should be a routine test according to the provisions of article 7.3. Every three months should be a sampling test. When raw material formula and technological condition change should be the type test.

A random sample of three packing unit 6.5 test samples from each batch of products. A routine test of any unqualified, unqualified to deal with double sampling test project, if still not qualified, it determines that the batch products for the unqualified products.

7 signs, packaging, transportation and storage

7.1 The material should adopt moistureproof packaging YJW and YJWF insulation, polyethylene film bag inside the bag, the outer bag with polypropylene knitted fabric / PE / kraft paper compound bag. YJWG insulation material should not through the use of wet packing, aluminum foil / PE composite film bags with inner bag, the outer bag with polypropylene knitted fabric / PE / kraft paper compound bag. The net weight of each bag is (25 + 0.2) kg. Other packaging methods allow the use of manufacturing and users agreed.

7.2 the surface of the package shall be marked with the manufacturer name, product name, model, batch number, manufacturing date, effective period and moisture-proof mark. Packing should be accompanied by certificates and test report.

7.3 From the sun and the rain and flooding and other abnormal conditions shall not be insulating material transport process of the damage.

7.4 The insulating material stored in clean, dry, ventilated warehouse, storage temperature should not be lower than 100C, not more than 35 ℃.

Data from the production date storage period should not exceed six months 7.5 Black Crosslinked insulation.
